On Thursday, August 27th, 2026, Pari Pari Handroll Bar Miami was invited to bring its signature handroll experience to the iconic Surf Lodge in Montauk for an exclusive one-night-only pop-up.

As the sun set over the water, guests gathered around a communal table for an intimate, family-style dining experience. At the center of it all: Chef Yasu Tanaka and his team of chefs, preparing and serving Pari Pari’s signature creations throughout the evening.

From perfectly crispy, freshly made handrolls to an exclusive selection of nigiri, every piece was prepared to order and served directly to guests for the ultimate experience.

For one night, the spirit of Miami met Montauk.
